During Shoutouts, there were a few names related to Ghost's move to San Antonio, some names making fun of Texas, and a name mocking the Inner Circle that enraged Ghost.

During Radio Graffiti, the first call was a splice of Ghost getting arrested. Another splice had Ghost having sex with a Leslie Jones body pillow. Benito Ghostini also called in with another splice. A splice making fun of Mrs. Ghost caused cans.wav. A splice of the Engineer shooting Ghost with Boss Nigger being played made him enraged as well. Thisissparta played an intro splice of "True Sickness Radio". A splice of Ghost getting crippled was played. Sparta called in again with a splice of Ghost "fruiting up". Another intro splice called "True Flatulence Radio" was played. Ghost's Granny was insulted in a splice. A third intro splice that doubled as an insta-splice led to cans.wav. Finally, Benito called in again with another insta-splice with Cartoon Ghost.

In the after-show segment of Radio Graffiti, Engie's theme song was played again, and someone remixed Nickelback with Queen's "We Will Rock You". Ghost was made irate over people claiming that the Engineer is the talent and began wanting his autograph, causing Ghost to have a massive breakdown. Despite raging really hard, Ghost reluctantly agreed to put up the Engineer's autograph for $13, and it will even show people what the Engineer looks like, but then began raging hard again over being betrayed.
