During shoutouts, there were many fork-related names due to Ghost saying "Hard Fork" during his markets segment. There were also many names related to beer and soy, due to Ghost saying he has been sober for 2 days.

During Radio Graffiti, someone played a racist splice of Ghost taking Barack Obama to the woodshed, complete with the cycling theme from Pokémon and chimp sounds. There was a splice of Templeton as Spuds Mackenzie. Someone played a splice of Ghost raping Luigi, which disgusted him. An MLP hotline commercial was played, causing Ghost to rage. Ghost saw a Gab post of a fork having sex with a spoon (and the spoon is saying "Fork me, baby, fork me"), causing him to be enraged. 8Equal played a splice of him interviewing Ghost. A splice of Templeton barking to the Soviet National Anthem caused Ghost to cans.wav and state that Templeton is a capitalist. A splice of Ghost doing himself with a fork caused massive rage. DistillingCapitalist called in to say that he would start selling paint thinner. Serious Samsung called in again with a Tell Me Lies splice calling Ghost a cyborg. A remix of Ghost raging over forks caused him to rage hard.

Ghost did an after show, something that hasn't been seen in a while before the autograph wars between Mr. Fortune Cookie and Mr. Optimism. Ghost took more calls, with most of them being failtrolls. MaskedPony played a splice of Ghost practicing "satanic pedophiliac magic", offending Ghost. Two Cleveland Show Calls were played. Finally, a splice of the vibrator causing an earthquake followed by the spamming of the n-word caused Ghost to end the show 6 minutes later than usual, stating that it was a "forked up" show. There were 21 cans in this episode.
