During Shoutouts, there were names assuming that Ghost has dentures, Albin names, and names related to a Manhattan apartment fire and the St. Petersburg terrorist attack. Later on, someone on Gab posted an edited image of a Johnnie Walker bottle with a crippled Ghost on it, causing him to rage hard. Ghost also raged at a post of his avatar on a fidget spinner.

During Radio Graffiti, there were many perverted splices, such as Nightprowler playing a splice of Ghost raping his granny to death, a remix of Yello's Oh Yeah with Tub Guy having sex with Ghost, which caused Ghost to have a meltdown, and a splice by Pylons of Ghost having sex with his car. There was a remix of Donald Trump and Obama singing Barbie Girl. There was a remix of Templeton singing The Cleveland Show theme, causing intense rage. A Mexican failtroll from Memphis, Tennessee threatened to bomb the IC, and Ghost asked him why he was sounding black, yet being Mexican, and said that if he came to San Antonio, he would get beaten up for pretending to be black. This lead to a fight between the caller and the Pet Mexican after Ghost called up the latter. Finally, there was a call of the World Health Organization announcing that having a gaming addiction is a mental disorder, resulting in an explosive ending of cans and F-bombs. There were 17 cans in this episode.

During the broadcast, Ghost announced that he is now selling Inner Circle slots for 300 dollars, and that a scavenger hunt would be made from his wishing well donations on Ghost.report.
