A majority of the episode was dedicated to Trump's state of the union speech, with Shoutouts and Radio Graffiti being held off until the last 15 minutes of the show. This is also the first episode to air on a Tuesday since before the Break.

During Shoutouts, there were more names related to Ghost's hotline, and also names mocking Trump.

During Radio Graffiti, the first call was a splice of Ghost saying that he's racist followed by the n-word being said repeatedly, causing cans. Serious Samsung played a remix of the Batman theme song with Ghost saying "bad man", also causing rage. A racist advertisement with Moon Man was played. Boat073 played a cover of the American Nation Anthem to celebrate Trump's speech, with Ghost being confused by it. The Pet Mexican played a splice of Crocodile Dundee and Twilie Atkins. Finally, Pylons played a splice of Ghost raging over Martin Luther King Jr., causing Ghost to end the broadcast in rage. There were 6 cans in this episode.

Following this episode, Ghost did not do episodes on both Wednesday and Friday for the rest of the week, instead doing shows on Thursday and Saturday.
