This is the first episode since the 2017 Thanksgiving episode to air on a Thursday.

During Shoutouts, there were many names making fun of Ghost's hotline, and some names related to a train accident in Virginia. Ghost announced another paid chatroom on Discord as a neutral ground, due to him disconnecting his hotline over trolling/dumb callers. Before Radio Graffiti, Mr. Fortune Cookie returned for the first time since the hiatus.

During Radio Graffiti, there were many calls referring to Ghost's hotline being a sex hotline, including one from Boat, which was the last call. A remix of Ghost singing "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails was played, although it turned into a musical blasphemy remix involving Nickelback, enraging him. There was a splice of Donkey Kong raping Ghost. There were 17 cans in this episode.
