During shoutouts, there were many names related to the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, which occured hours before the episode.

During Radio Graffiti, there was a splice of Ghost imitating Duke Nukem and getting killed by the real Duke, making him confused. Someone played a splice of Ghost singing Happy Birthday to Alex Jones, causing him to be pissed and do his Alex Jones impression again. Pylons played a splice using the movie Tommy Boy, with a scenario of Ghost using "Inner Circle brake pads" and getting into a car accident involving a squirrel, causing Ghost to rage over being reminded about the time Ms. Ghost got into a traffic accident over a squirrel. J-Man played a Tell Me Lies splice of Ghost saying he doesn't pre-plan calls, yet usually having 614 as the last call of RG, causing Ghost to get pissed off. Scarlet Moon made an order call, making Ghost irate. Ghost brought up that Alex Jones drew a My Little Pony character on a gun, and accused him of trying to take his brony listeners. Finally, the Pet Mexican played a splice of Ghost cheating on his wife with the Cupcake Lady. There were 15 cans in this episode.
