“Yap yap yap, doesn't do a goddamn thing, just yap yap yap...”—Ghost, on Elizabeth Warren, Episode 448
Elizabeth Ann Warren (née Herring) born June 22, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is currently a Democratic senator from Massachusetts. Ghost does not appreciate Elizabeth Warren's views because she is a Democrat and because she backed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election. She has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump, adding to another reason why Ghost dislikes her. Warren has said she was the one who laid the intellectual foundation to make the Occupy Wall Street movement possible.
On February 7, 2017, Warren was silenced during a court hearing by a Republican lawmaker, while reading a letter by Corretta Scott King during Jeff Sessions' Attorney General nomination. This move was widely criticized by Democrats, and the mainstream media defended Warren for being silenced, one of which was former 2016 Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Ghost mocked the news about her silencing, along with her "passive-aggressive hipster look she has going on." A year after the 2016 Presidential Elections, she was referred to as "Pocahontas" by Trump for her Native American heritage. She considered Trump's comment a racial slur.
Warren is one of the notable candidates for the Democratic Party Presidential nominee for 2020, along with Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden. She has been campaigning in the movement to abolish ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, part of the 2001 PATRIOT Act that also created the Department of Homeland Security). She, like Sanders, also wants to push universal healthcare. Ghost has called out Warren's heritage test of only being 1/1024th Native American as "a joke" during one episode on The Ghost Show.
