The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is an organization of the United States of America government, along with the CIA. It is operated under the United States Department of Justice. It is a frequently discussed Show Topic on True Capitalist Radio. On Capitalist Episode 205 during Radio Graffiti, a prank call using Ghost's voice to three different FBI agencies, causing him to rage very hard at the call and end the show in anger.

The Return

Ghost's opinion of the FBI worsened during The Return, after FBI Director James Comey said that the FBI would not pursue charges against Hillary Clinton for her email use in July 2016. This caused him to believe there was collusion in the FBI and the Department of Justice because of Barack Obama.

The FBI Call Incident

On Episode 350, a member of TheBronyNetwork's chatroom, named Kylecnj, gave Ghost a number over Twitter he was told was a number related to the Guccifer 2.0 leaks. However, he soon realized that it was a number linked to the FBI. This caused Ghost to end the episode early, and intensified the trolls' animosity towards Bronies to a point which had not been seen since post-Troll War III, and Ghost's hiatus in 2012.

Dropping the Email Investigation and Trump's Victory

On Episode 388, Comey said he would drop the investigation again. This culminated in Ghost saying if Hillary were to win the election, True Capitalist Radio was over and he was out. However, he went back on this statement, saying that he believes Hillary will be stripped of power even if she wins, and to everyone's surprise, Donald Trump won the election, resulting in the official continuation of TCR. Several months after Trump's surprise victory, he fired Comey, a decision which Ghost praised. Ghost has since been highly critical of James Comey and his activities since his firing, such as his book deal.
