Fat tuna is a 'special guest' that was introduced in Episode 347 that speaks in a stereotypical Italian-American accent. He is Ghost's bookie on giving gambling advice on sports. Trolls usually call him "Fat Tony", a character on The Simpsons or "Gay Tony", a character from Grand Theft Auto IV.
Ghost first mentioned the character in his first Inner Circle chat, several days before officially rolling him out. In the process, he seemed to confirm the intention of having the character be mafia-affiliated, going on a lengthy rant about the history of organized crime and his interest in it. On September 11th, 2016 Ghost announced on his Twitter account that Fat Tuna had been laid off. The only reason given was because True Capitalist Radio is a part of #boycottNFL. Ghost stated that he and Engineer were having a production meeting on how to save Fat Tuna, in which they compromised in giving him a segment called "What Chaps My Ass", a (possible one time) segment where he unabashedly rants about things that irritate him in profanity laden diatribes. This segment was cut short when Fat Tuna insulted both Ghost and the Engineer.
Fat Tuna made another appearance during the 2016 Ghosties, where he was awarded an honorable mention for Worst TCR Character. He proceeded to insult the listeners and said that Ghost and him had something planned, like his own show or a segment. He would briefly return during The Ghost Show Episode 46 and Saturday Night Show Episode 42.
