Ghost's Summer Hiatus

Ghost's Summer Hiatus was a hiatus that started on June 10th, 2021 and ended on June 29th, 2021. Due to many events which lead to the hiatus.

Thunderstorms and Dead Fish

On May 29th, 2020, a severe thunderstorm came to San Antonio. Ghost's house lost power, which spoiled the food in his fridge along with the death of his pet fish (due to no power in the fish tank to keep his fish alive). Which lead to Ghost skipping a would be episode of the Saturday Night Troll Show. Ghost promised a make up Sunday show on June 12th, 2021. But never happened due to Ghost having an argument from his wife.

Banned on DLive Again

On June 1st, 2021. About 3 hours into Ghost streaming The Ghost Show Episode 229. DLive had temporarily banned Ghost along with his DLive chatroom being closed. This caused Ghost to attempt to save the show by streaming on VaughnLIVE. However, Ghost lost a ton of viewers. Leaving Ghost enraged and quit the stream.

Temporary Ban From Twitter

Around June 12th, 2021. Ghost's Twitter account was temporarily banned due to posting a tweet of Bill Gates wearing fake breasts.

StreamElements Bans Ghost

Around June 15th, 2021. Ghost was banned from StreamElements due to many reports filed to StreamElements. Which resulted in causing Ghost to unable to accept donations during his shows. Along with Ghost losing the overlays to both The Ghost Show and Saturday Night Troll Show. Which caused Ghost to cancel the day's episode of The Ghost Show. While Ghost contemplated taking another hiatus due to the many frequent bad events he faced. Many listeners criticized Ghost of being too greedy to stream another show. With allegations that he won't do another episode unless he gets donations.

Possible Return?

On June 23rd, 2021, Ghost posted on Ghost.report [1] of The Ghost Show returning on June 29th, 2021. Ghost added there will be slight changes to the format along with the Forum staying closed due to drama that ocurred on the Forum. It is unknown if the Saturday Night Troll Show will return as well. On June 25th, 2021, Ghost announced on Ghost.report [2] that both the SNTS and TGS will still air. With TGS still returning on June 29th. However, Ghost made changes with the format of the show with The Ghost Show returning to YouTube. With no more donations being allowed due to many donations violating TOS guidlines. Ghost added that no more donations to get into the Thunderdome or Inner Circle will be accepted. Ghost true to his word, aired the 233rd episode of The Ghost Show. Along with the airing of the 60th episode of the Saturday Night Troll Show on July 4th, 2021. Ending the hiatus.
