Google Hangouts

Google Hangouts is a communication platform developed by Google which includes messaging, video chat, SMS and VOIP features. On True Capitalist Radio, following the death of the Skype system, many callers who did not want to call through their phones resorted to using Google Hangouts instead. As a caveat, they would show up as "Anonymous" on Ghost's switchboard, meaning they often put their name in front of their splice to simulate Ghost calling on their Skype name as before.

Following the rise of the Cleveland Show Calls, this call-in method received quite a large amount of backlash, with some demanding that Ghost outright ban any anonymous callers. Some frequent anonymous callers were quick to point out that the Cleveland Caller had called in on area codes before, however for over a year his primary call-in method were anonymous lines. This became one of the primary factors in the cancellation of Radio Graffiti.
