Talk:List of Shoutout Names

From True Capitalist Radio Wiki

Shoutout update thread

So now that we have shoutout names online, we should start updating the list here right away

How to proceed

When you want to add shoutouts from certain episodes, follow these steps:

  1. edit the page
  2. inform in this thread from which episode the added shoutouts were from

this way we'll be able to keep track of what shoutouts haven't been added yet. CapitalistContributor (talk) 00:06, 27 February 2018 (UTC)

I know where we can start, at or around Episode 512. That fits the date of the beginning of wiki censorship. I might begin there, actually. TheChameleonKing (talk)

I added some names from different episodes that I could remember the names from: one from episodes 514, 528, 532 (it was already added, but he cans.wav'd over the name again) and 560. The other names added are from recent episodes, but I'm honestly not sure which episodes they were from. The Fatebringer (talk) 19:57, 27 March 2018 (UTC)

Still working on the pastebin for the whole list. Once it's completed, the names can be copied and/or double-checked, since I've been rushing thru them from LightningNote's raw footage. The episodes I have gathered thus far are 512-543 and 555 so I'm about 2/3 the way there. We might have to add new sections for some of these types of names. TheChameleonKing (talk)

It's here! TheChameleonKing (talk) 21:37, 30 March 2018 (UTC)

Was the name "Never Go Full Albin" ever used? --RMaster007 (talk) 22:59, 27 September 2018 (UTC)

Update: That name was used on Episode 525. Also, was "Give a Nickel to Touch my Pickle" ever a name? RMaster007 (talk) 22:15, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

Add shoutouts from Streamlab?

They are paid ones, but there have been some good names so far. I've added some names from TGS Episode 1 and TGS Episode 2 to the list, but not all from each episode.

Sure, go ahead. --CapitalistContributor (talk) 04:00, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

Regarding Streamlab shoutouts, what do you people think, should we highlight shoutout names that cause cans.wav after an audio file is played in bold like we do with regular successful shoutouts or should we have a different way to recognize them? --CapitalistContributor (talk) 19:36, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
