Feminism

(Redirected from Women)
Feminism is a collection of movements aimed at defining, establishing, and defending equal political, economic, and social rights for women. In addition, feminism seeks to establish equal opportunities for women in education and employment. Its position is highly controversial in modern times and is adamantly supported by some and adamantly opposed by others. Supporters believe it "means equality" while those who oppose it criticize its methods, philosophy, supporters and claim that equality can be supported and achieved without identifying as a feminist.

Ghost, the host of the True Capitalist Radio broadcast, has an extremely negative opinion on the feminist movement. While not being against gender equality per se, he is upset by the mere mention of women's rights, and more accurately the personalities that campaign for them. It is worth noting that Ghost often confuses feminists with lesbians and vice versa, as well as grouping the two with liberalism.

In his radio career, Ghost has spoken out against many feminist-related topics. He berates both Mother's Day and International Women's Day - the former for its relation to single mothers, and the latter because he thinks of it as a 'farce'. He has also criticised protests such as 'slutwalks'. Ghost has campaigned for the decriminalisation of domestic violence, and frequently used terms that many would consider misogynist, such as telling female callers to 'get back in the kitchen' and verbally 'backhanding' those who oppose him.

Ghost's criticism of feminism continued well into the Return, criticizing the concepts of both the Women's March and the #MeToo movement that began becoming mainstream in late 2017, though in the case of #MeToo movement, he supported the notion of attacking perverted politicians and Hollywood executives with the exception of Roy Moore, whose rape allegations Ghost believed to be an character assassination attempt by liberals.
